SBEN or The Small Business Exchange Network, strongly believes in what business brokers do and is NOT formed to compete in the share of businesses for sale with brokers.  We believe business brokers facilitate and provide tremendous support in complex transactions and help keep, both the buyer and seller informed and on track through a very serious and life altering journey.  In fact, SBEN is looking to partner with business brokers to identify the millions of businesses that do not fit their listing criteria and will not sell in the traditional model to refer them to feature on SBEN.

If you are a business broker reading this, we invite you to please help any "solo venture" or owner operated small business, that you believe will be difficult to sell, to feature them on SBEN for a takeover candidate.  Gradual takeover and transition, with mentorship and training, is the best strategy to recover the true value of these businesses, SBEN believes.

We strongly believe in doing whats in the best interest of the small business owner.  Knowingly listing businesses you know that will not sell or qualify for funding just to have listings, may look good on the surface, but it is contrary to why you do what you do!
