Very excited and humbled to formally introduce SBEN to the world!  I want to take this opportunity to clearly articulate, The Why!  Why SBEN?  What problem it aims to solve and impact.  How it will serve a large segment of small businesses transfer & transition and lastly, what separates SBEN's approach from how small businesses are currently bought and sold.

Definition of Insanity, “Doing the same thing over and over again and expect a different Result".  is what comes to mind, when i see the process of business buying and selling today.  Only 1 out of 5 small businesses that are listed for sale by brokers and all other intermediaries today, will actually sell.  And these broker listed businesses only reflect less 20% of all US businesses. 

Let me start by saying, SBEN is NOT a business broker.  SBEN does NOT seek to be another intermediary, that represents business sellers for a "commission" upon a successful sale or charge a "fee" to potential business buyers to qualify them as serious buyers or to sell some "insiders training course" to qualify or prepare them for select "exclusive" opportunities or "off market" deals.

Let me also say, SBEN strongly believes in what business brokers do and is not competing to take the share of businesses for sale listings away from brokers.  Business brokers facilitate & support complex transactions and help keep, both the buyers and sellers informed and on track through a very serious and life altering journey.  SBEN looks to partner with business brokers to identify the millions of businesses that do not fit their listing criteria.
